What makes an old school chopper? Old school choppers are designed to resemble choppers from back in the day 60's and 70's. They may use modern parts but the style has roots in the 60's or 70's thus making them old school. Common traits of an old school chopper. Choppers that are not old school tend to look modern, like they were created with tools from a CNC machine shop. They may be low and sleek and have fancy seats, molding and tanks.
